Year 2012 Schedule of Regular Meetings

 

All Regular meetings of the Iosco-Arenac District Library Board of Trustees will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the Iosco-Arenac District Library Administrative Office, 120 W. Westover Street, East Tawas, MI  48730, unless a change is approved and posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.  This schedule and any and all changes will be posted at the County Seats in both Iosco and Arenac Counties and on the District’s website at www.ioscoarenaclibrary.org  Any person needing special accommodations is asked to notify Stephanie Mallak Olson, District Director, at (989) 362-2651, at least one week in advance of scheduled dates.  Written requests for accommodation may be mailed to Iosco-Arenac District Library, 120 W. Westover Street, East Tawas, MI  48730.

Iosco-Arenac District Library Bylaws allow for the Board to reduce meetings to ten meetings per year.  If a meeting is determined to not be needed the change will be posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
